Mads is a European Patent Attorney and European Patent Litigator. He has more than 10 years of experience with patent protection from both private practice and the industry within a large field of technologies related to physics and optics.

He works on providing patent protection for large international companies and SMEs. He handles all aspects of the patent life cycle, including patent drafting, patent prosecution, patent strategy, freedom-to-operate analyses, invalidations, and oppositions.

Mads has been deeply involved in litigation with both large enterprises and non-practicing entities, primarily in the USA and Germany.

Prior to working with patents, he worked as a development engineer in the mobile phone industry, where he tested and improved image quality of lens modules and developed a robot for assembling lens modules.
