Mikkel is head of our Life Science Team

Mikkel is one of the country’s most experienced technical and patent law advisers in Danish and Swedish courts and has been involved in more than 60 dispute proceedings pertaining to e.g. preliminary injunctions, infringement and invalidity in the field of Pharma and Biotech litigation.

He also advises clients in patent prosecution and strategy, drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the EPO, the DKPTO and patent authorities around the globe.

Mikkel is widely recognized as the go-to person in the field of Life science.

Mikkel is ranked both as Highly Recommended Individual by IAM Patent 1000 in 2024 and as IP Star by Managing Intellectual Property 2024.
